We have a 1000 sq. ft. facility with 18 ft. ceilings, three aerial rigging points, professionally certified safety lines, floors fit for hand balancers, jiu jitsu, and dancing, and every imaginable workout equipment, including our beloved pilates reformer.
Members regularly train Straps, Handbalancing, Contortion, Silks, and Lyra, but we're open almost to anything you want to hang or perform!
We're located next to the water in north Dumbo, a few blocks from the F train. Come up to the 2nd floor when you arrive.
