This 2-hour workshop is designed for aerialists eager to explore new ways of moving on the dance trapeze. In this class, we'll move beyond the traditional "pretty" poses and focus on creating fluid movement in the air using unique choreography. Students will dive into the importance of intentionality, discovering how different approaches to the same positions can drastically shift the way they read to an audience. The session’s emphasis will be on movement efficiency, allowing you to conserve energy while enhancing your expression.

Pre-requisites:
Intermediate aerialists. Must be comfortable inverting in the ropes and have good endurance.

Enya White (blacktrapeze) is a seasoned trapeze artist and Guinness World Record holder, with over a decade of teaching experience. A graduate from the National Circus School of Montreal (2015). She has built a reputation for her unique trapeze style, most notably featured in Luzia by Cirque du Soleil. Enya’s influence spans 31 cities across 10 countries, and she continues to inspire through her impactful online coaching.
More than just an aerial coach, Enya is an artist on an ever-evolving journey of self discovery. As a mentor, she guides others through the challenges of a career in the aerial arts, encouraging them to navigate both the highs and lows of their journeys.
Beyond the spotlight, Enya's narrative is woven with experiences resonating with many in the industry. After overcoming a life-threatening injury, she sees setbacks as personal messages that shape her path forward. Her years on tour have gifted her invaluable insights, which she now shares with her students, importing the lessons learned along the way.
